Manuálna delička PCB SEP 1 TI

With the SEP 1 PCBs are separated in a compact, fast and economical way. The guides are made of special steel which guarantees a long service life.  The compact and stable aluminium frame demands only a small work space.

SEP 1 TI manual are the inexpensive entry-level models for the small demand. The PCB is manually pushed between the circular blades and separated.

Safe handling
The PCB is held with both hands, pushed between the circular blades and separated. The distance between the upper guide and the lower guide is set so low that the PCB can only be fed in the pre-scored groove. The extended guide facilitates the insertion of the PCB.

Recommendation for pre-scored groove
Pre-scored grooves can be interrupted up to approx. 5 mm length by cut-outs.

Gentle separation of PCBs
The distance between the circular blades is exactly adjusted with the knob and displayed on the scale. Tests at the research centre in Karlsruhe have shown: the larger the distance between the circular blades, the lower the electrical potential that occurs during the separation operation.
