Voltmeter ESVM 1000

The ESVM 1000 electrostatic voltmeter is a microprocessor-controlled voltmeter that can measure electrostatic charges on very small objects without contact. It is an ideal instrument for measurements on semiconductor devices, printed circuit boards, contact pins and areas where electric field meters cannot be used. The ESVM 1000 has a high-resolution sensor that ensures that electrostatic charge measurements can be performed. By using the special Hendelektrode 7100.ESVM1000.45 the measurement of the body tension (e.g. for a WalkingTest) can also be carried out. For the use of the analog output our AD-converter Type 7100.UAD1 can be used with the evaluation software "Digilloscope".
